Beyond the News
ACES FROM JAPAN
In a six-day stretch from 5/31 to 6/5, LA Dodgers starting pitchers Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Roki Sasaki, and Shohei Ohtani each threw 5+ innings without allowing a run. The Dodgers became the first team in MLB history to have three different Japanese-born pitchers throw a scoreless start over an entire season, let alone in one week.
