13 February 2020 Meeting:

President, Dave Lindberg led the meeting.
This was an open meeting. There was no COD.
John Koskovich reported that 80 vendor tables have been paid and 20 more tables will soon be paid. He passed around a sign-up sheet for members to work the train show.
John has yard signs for anyone who needs one.
President Lindberg is tentatively planning a board meeting on March 5.
Jay Gelfand told the members that he will be the next COD and will be bringing a speaker from the Marion Research Group.
Secretary's editorial opinion: Jay is maintaining his high lifestyle by letting this group use him as a guinea pig and to benefit his bank account.
Pat Curry presented a proposal that is being discussed in the board meeting. The Pier Center for Autism is moving from the former St. Joseph Catholic Church convent (700 block of Iowa Street) to a new location on Stadium Drive (near Lewis and Clark Stadium). They will be building a new building on that site.
The board is discussing making a pledge of financial support over 5 years. There is also a possibility that our club may be involved in putting in a garden on the site. This will continue to be discussed in the general and board meetings.
