Cosmo of the Day (COD) is Matt Chilton.  Matt will be introducing Liz Chilton, Volunteer Coordinator at Sunnybrook's Hope Center!  Liz will be giving us a tour of the food bank part of the Hope Center.  Pastries and coffee will be provided.

Be there this Thursday at the 7 am meeting!
